Help

Hi, this is maxman3 from castle. Whenever I try to load the app it says “we had a problem launching castle, please check your connection and try again later.“ Can you help? Because it keeps doing this. I have restarted my phone and deleted and reinstalled the app countless times and it’s not working. Please help
